- RMRobert MccoyAug 18, 20261.0We have been gong to Madison animal vets for over 20 years and since they have a new medical director things are not good . Communication is non existent. I brought my sheltie their first 2 shots in June and was supposed to get an email or call as a reminder to get booster shots but on Saturday I get a call from Cheryl saying that was the last day to get the boosters or I must start all over . So I went Monday to start all over and the doctor was not very nice and it’s all about money with her . So I must come back next month for a third group I shots . Because I was late by 2 days and I was never contacted ahead of time . Time to find a new vet for my sheltie
- MMMaryAug 13, 20265.0My review is solely for Dr Rivera, he is one of the best vets we've been to. Kind, intelligent, and compassionate. Thanks so much for everything
