- NJNicole JasionekSep 26, 20261.0my current dog was just diagnosed with a mast cell tumor, the doctor seemed extremely distracted over the phone when discussing the matter and couldnt even finish her sentences while speaking to me. it didnt seem like she cared or deemed the matter important. the other doctor i saw for my other dog i had, suggested euthansia the second we found out he had stage 2 kidney disease and i immediately declined since he still seemed alert and was still kind of drinking water and walking around. she suggested i take him to the emergency room for iv fluids and NG tubing yet the hospital i called (that she suggested) claimed they dont even do that. i mentioned the hospital was too expensive yet she never suggested that i can do iv fluids at home as vca trains people for that. i did not know of this information until i researched it myself and by that time it became too late to try that treatment option. his body was shutting down and he started suffering so i had to euthanize my dog that day i came in to be trained. they also mispelled my dog’s name on both of his paw prints (2 were done) which i was extremely upset about since those are one of the few things i have left of him and the whole situation was extremely traumatic to me. everything is beyond overpriced. the girls in the front were always nice but i will never come back to vca for any dogs i own ever again.
- AGAtilla Got GameAug 17, 20261.0I brought my cat in to get shaved because she has matting on her back. These people shaved 3 stripes of fur off and called it a day. I payed 170 dollars for 20 minutes of bullshit.
- LHLinda HeinkelApr 19, 20265.0All of the Vets & staff are friendly and compassionate. We have 3 cats and a golden retriever & they always make us feel welcome & we know our pets are in good hands here.
- JMJaime MuSep 9, 20205.0We LOVE this place! We have trouble finding exotic vets as we have a Bearded Dragon, but Dr. Arms was amazing! She did blood-work which was in the very next day, asked and answered all possible questions and sent us home with medications. They also gave us pricing options to work with us we opted b to pay a bit more because we wanted important testing done but even so they are very reasonably priced.
