  Falon at the Genius Bar was incredibly helpful. took the time to diagnose my iPhone, explained everything clearly, and even restored and erased my phone so I could complete my T-Mobile trade-in. The service was professional, patient, and efficient. Thank you so much!!!

  I was stressed out after forgetting my Apple ID log in and getting locked out of my phone completely and was told by my cell provider to go to Apple to get help. Bryn was checking people in and they were totally rude for no reason. They were short with me and condescending and not helpful at all. The other team members were slightly helpful but I’ll never get an Apple phone again because it will lock you out for 12 days with no phone if you can’t recover your password.

  As a first-time Apple Watch user, I visited the Apple Store with a simple question about notifications, only to be dismissed by sales associate Domenic — who told me to ‘Google it,’ interrupted me repeatedly, and pushed me toward an unnecessary technician appointment. I came in for the Apple experience, not to be treated like an inconvenience.

  Customer service is lacking. We entered the store and found the next free person for help for a pick. They told us to go back to the front of the store to someone who was already helping other people. After waiting to talk to them, they directed us to the pick up line. We get there and no one is there even though the store isn’t busy and there’s a group of employees talking to each other. We are finally able to flag someone else who is walking by. He helps us but when we ask about using a giftcard he refers us to a support number. 15 minutes later I’m finally talking to someone on the phone who tells me I have to go back into the store with the device to do a return in order to use my giftcard. It’s been a lot of passing me off to the next person without actually being helpful. Would not suggest coming to this store and getting things delivered if you can.
