Clean, spacious, nice service rooms. Great techs. As with all vets, pricy. Is it worth it--YES

Also forgot to mention that even though the vet knew the condition of my dying dog they still told us that he needs to come in for blood work even though we just wanted medication to keep him comfortable. We had to call another vet and they kindly gave us the medication without making the poor dog come in. The vet also told us that she expected him to live for a month or two but he died the next week. I was going to come home to see him since I was away at college but I trusted the vet and unfortunately I shouldn’t have. This vet is honestly a joke I feel like a lot could have been prevented if they actually cared. I also remember paying $80 just for them to shine a black light on my dog….I could have done that myself. This vet is just money hungry and doesn’t really care about your pets. Don’t waste your time at this office.

I am absolutely disgusted with the negligence and lack of urgency at this clinic. I brought my cat in to be microchipped for his safety, as he occasionally gets out. Instead of protecting him, this clinic registered his unique microchip number under a completely different client and attached it to a dog that isn't even microchipped. When I discovered the error and realized it wouldn’t let me fix it on my end, I called the clinic. Instead of treating this like the critical safety and data privacy issue it is, they refused to get a manager involved. They are forcing me to wait through the weekend until Monday just to speak to the specific employee who made the mistake. They completely refused to handle the issue themselves, claiming they didn't want to "get in the middle" of what was already said. Leaving a cat registered to a stranger leaves him completely unprotected if he gets out. To make matters worse, they openly shared another client's name and pet details with me due to their clerical incompetence. If you value your pet’s safety and expect professional accountability, take them somewhere else.

Picked up my dogs ashes yesterday. First off we had to ask to get his hair because apparently they don’t even do that anymore which is so stupid. As I was picking up the ashes yesterday I had to go back inside because they forgot to put his hair in the bag. I also had to keep asking them for more of my stuff we left there because they kept forgetting. Wherever they sent him to get cremated gave us a print of his nose that we paid for and it doesn’t even look like my babies nose. The paw print we also paid for look sloppy and looked like it was done with no care. I’m so disappointed and traumatized by that. The vet could have just done the nose print themselves it takes no time. Now I’ll never be able to get that back. Thanks a lot. Good vets are so hard to find and they definitely aren’t here, I’m so disappointed.
