Sweet Parlor Ice Cream Shop is a new ice cream shop in Hillsborough Township, NJ. We opened our doors in July 2023 and we're serving up delicious small batch ice cream and custom made specialty drinks. Come in and try our signature flavors, like Cookies and Cream, Triple Threat Chocolate, Ube Brownie, Mint Chocolate Chip and Cookies and a variety of sorbet for dairy free options. Our hand crafted specialty drinks includes flavored lemonades, iced teas and carbonated offerings.
