The Freehold Family Health Center is a unique collaborative initiative with the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) Health Group, VNACJ Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC), and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School through the Family Medicine Residency Program at CentraState.
