  Purchased a MacBook and was offered 425 as a trade-in. When we returned the trade-in 2 weeks later (after moving the data to new ione), we were told there is 0$ trade value. We bought new one partially because of the value offered. So disgusted! It’s ok to make a mistake but honor the deal you offered. Apple just lost a great customer!

  We had a fantastic experience making a purchase at the Freehold location, all thanks to the incredible staff. Siriam was absolutely wonderful-she made the entire purchase process incredibly smooth, seamless, and efficient. Her super friendly attitude made us feel welcomed and valued right from the start. To make things even better, Simon handled our device setup and was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to chat with throughout the process. Apple stores can get busy, but Siriam and Simon made this a stress-free, top-tier experience. Highly recommend asking for them if you visit!

  Avoid this place if you need your phone repaired. They will try everything they can to make you pay out of pocket for things that are covered by AppleCare+. One of the "geniuses" (an older guy with a strong accent) actually threatened me and told me not to come back with my phone's issue. I know it should be covered because I called Apple Service later and they immediately replaced my phone.

  The employees here are rude, impatient, and completely unhelpful. I've had several experiences where they refused me service, and then Apple Support chat resolved my issues immediately afterward with my AppleCare+ subscription. This store doesn't reflect Apple's standards at all.

  Service sucks. I went to the Genius Bar for an AirPod fix and was told there were no appointments. Called the help center to troubleshoot my AirPod issue and was told that they had appointments so not sure why I was told to schedule for another time. I scheduled for another time for an AirPod malfunction after low usage (my left AirPod wasn’t connecting). I was told they don’t have the tools or spare AirPods lying around despite it being the Apple Store. They couldn’t diagnose the problem but in typical Apple fashion they could tell me how much it costs. Ain’t that funny. I was basically told that a repair for an issue they couldn’t diagnose would cost $70 and was basically shamed for not having AppleCare. This store is a joke.
