- PCPaula Chica4 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience at this Apple Store. My husband went in to get help transferring his information from his old iPhone to his new one. The advisor who assisted him was extremely rude and unprofessional. Carla suddenly paused the transfer process without properly explaining what she was doing, and unfortunately, a significant amount of his information was not transferred afterward. What made the experience even worse was that when my husband asked for her name, she refused to identify herself. We went to Apple expecting professional and respectful customer service, especially when dealing with important personal information, and that is not what we received. We are very disappointed with the way this situation was handled and hope Apple management takes this feedback seriously.
- JSJesse Scialfa6 days ago1.0Long wait times with an appointment, every time I leave without my phone fixed due to them taking so long or out of parts. Worse location of Apple I’ve ever been to.
- GMGabby MooneySep 22, 20261.0I went in yesterday 09/22/2026 to buy a new block and Mac charger at 120 dollars. I needed help with my experience there and went up to the front where Ryan and a women whose name I could not see. I stood there for about a minute while they chatted like no one was there. Then they both looked at me and went back to chatting. After about another minute they looked back at me, rolled their eyes, and walked away from me. They never acknowledged me or helped me. This is quite absurd and I will not be back into that Apple Store. Please train your employees properly.
- PDPra DhaAug 23, 20265.0Jeremy helped me today with my account recovery in just 2 mins. I spent with others here about 1.5 hrs yesterday and 1 hr with Apple support on the phone. He looked at the issue and resolved in 2 mins. Thanks Jeremy.
