  Definitely will be back! A young lady named Yamilex helped me. I was trying to look for a phone for my daughter and she was very helpful, was looking for a good budget and plan for my teen. My english isn’t very good and she is very helpful in spanish as well. I don’t usually write reviews, but everyone should get helped by this intelligent young lady. Ask for YAMILEX.

  I came into the store today frustrated with my previous service, I was greeted and assisted by a lovely young woman named Yamilex (her name was one that sticks) she showed me a few different plans within my budget and I even left the store with a new phone which I was not intended on. I definitely will be recommending cricket to all my friends who are also in the market for a new provider

  I went to this store twice to try to reactivate a phone number I had canceled. The first time, I was helped by a young Central American guy who clearly had no interest in helping. His attitude was completely negative, and he told me there was no way to recover the number, so I decided to leave. Later that afternoon, I went back and was helped by a young Dominican woman named Yamile. She truly cares about her job and helping customers. She was able to recover my number, I ended up buying a phone, and she even helped me create an email account. The point of this review is simple: try to go when Yamile is there if you don’t want a bad experience. I give her 5 stars. The other employee gets 0.
