By far the worst Apple Store.
No one picks up the phone and my device has been with them for over a month. I spoke with corporate and they could not even contact the store.
I’d pick another location.

A bit of a mixed bag. While the workers are relatively nice and helpful, the wait times are horrific. I saw six or so staff just standing around and playing jokes on each other while I wait at least 30 mins for some help. I’m told to just wait and eventually someone will come to help me. It is rather unacceptable

The staff are very rude, and the manager is absolutely terrible. I actually waited 20 minutes and asked again if someone could help me. He said everyone was busy and told me goodbye. A tall, odd fellow who called himself a manager—very, very rude and unpleasant. Персонал очень грубый менеджер вообще ужасный. Я правда ждал 20 минут спросил, ещё раз кто-то может мне помочь. This store is the most unprofessional store I’ve been too . I have t-mobile 360 which is a partnership apple entered with t-mobile to be repairman . I had an appointment for 11 am. I get there talk to person . He proceeds to tell me they don’t have the part in store and they will give me a loaner iPhone 14 and have me wait 3-5 days . I told him I need a phone today since you guys have a partnership showing that issue will be fixed same day (section 4) . Guy goes where I heard that from . I told him the contract you guys sign states this and if u can’t repair phone ,a phone needs to be given that’s in stock or upgraded to the next available thing . He magically finds the part and now wants to repair it .
Tells me come back 1:35 doesn’t take my number at all to notify me just to come back .
I come back 1:35 talk to worker to check if it’s done . They said 15 mins waited another hr
Brings me phone make me sign stuff and doesn’t give me a receipt .
The most bs customer experience I’ve ever had n then tells me to buy a phone from them next time .
Your associates violated so many rules I’m reporting this to the highest authority to have to change your ways
This experience was so unprofessional and if this is what apple does it’s shitty business practice
