I had a very disappointing experience at this Apple Store. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. The staff came across as rude, unfriendly, and completely uninterested in helping customers. Several employees clearly saw me waiting and still walked right past me without acknowledging me or even asking if I needed assistance. It honestly felt like nobody there cared or had any interest in helping me at all.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I was only there to buy a Phone, something that should have been a quick and simple process. I still ended up waiting around for almost an hour with barely any communication from the staff. I honestly don’t understand how buying a phone can take that long, especially when employees are standing around ignoring customers instead of helping them.
I understand that stores can get busy, but basic customer service and professionalism should still be expected, especially from a company like Apple. A simple greeting or “we’ll be with you shortly” would have made a huge difference. Instead, I felt ignored and overlooked the entire time I was there. I own shares in Apple, which makes this experience feel even worse. I never expected to be treated this way by a company I personally support and invest in. Overall, the experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far below the level of customer service I expected from Apple.

Me and my mom had a very pleasant and easy experience here at the Apple Store. We came in to trade in an old phone for a new one and Theadore was very helpful and very patient. He explained everything to us very well and answered any questions we may have had. He was very pleasant and even made sure that we were taken care of by Kirby before he went on his break. When he came back he explained all our options and took good care of us overall 10/10 experience
I had a great experience at Apple! The staff was friendly and welcoming, they moved me through the drop off repair process smoothly. My son needed a screen replacement and they got it done perfectly and within the timeframe promised. They were also giving free classes I didn’t stay for as I had shopping to do but it’s nice to know they offer free classes.

I see mixed reviews here, but I had a good experience. The employee named Adrian was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Great experience. Needed to have my iPhone battery replaced; staff was nothing but kind, attentive, and efficient. Somebody always came to assist me within 30 seconds of coming in to the store, usually faster than that. Ty (apologies if not correct spelling) was friendly and kind. The gentleman assisting incoming customers in the morning of 5/13 also was a great help and coordinated assistance for me even though I was super late for my appointment. Also, on a rare note, there's just a really good vibe in the store. Unfortunately, a lot of mall employees seem downright miserable most of the time, but this is not the case for this Apple store staff. I'm sure I'll come back here next time I need my device serviced.
