  Waited for 30 mins just the apple specialist would come talk with me. Was there to pick up a single item. Apparently apple egift card balance cannot be used to purchase from in-store and the specialist cannot help with it either. Worst customer service.

  I received exceptional customer service when buying an Apple Watch Series 12. I was initially at Bridgewater Mall Apple Store and the customer service was so poor I left and came here. They got me in and out on a busy day and were very friendly/great to chat with. Would happily spend the extra time to commute here rather than Bridgewater next time

  El día de hoy vengo a esta tienda para que me revisen mi teléfono hago cita a las 5:21 pm y me dicen que 50 minutos de espera , que me llega un mensaje , nunca me llegó y regreso y me dicen que debo de esperar a las 8 ya me dicen que la tienda ya está cerrada , que falta de respeto
