  The store has a good selection of electronics and the staff are generally helpful, which makes browsing easier. However, I found the checkout lines to be a bit long and the prices can sometimes be higher than online options. Overall, it’s a decent place for tech shopping, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

  I was looking for a VGA should be very easy the worker pointed me to the wrong aile 2 times and then I asked them if a certain wire would be good for a computor the worker said yes it was priced for 6$ but at checkout was 20 but when I got to my work and tried to use it was the completely wrong wire they have wasted my time and money

  Employees are always helpful. The store is very clean and organized. If they don't have what you need in store they help you order it.

  So I purchased a Geek Squad Membership which included screen protector replacement. I went to the store in Eatontown, New Jersey. The store did not have the screen protector for my Iphone so they told me to place an order with ZAGG. I said who is ZAGG I purchased the Geek Squad Membership from Best Buy not a ZAGG. They told me that they "fulfill" the screen protector when it is in inventory but if not the customer has to order from ZAGG. I said that is unfair, if Best Buy doesn't carry the screen protector then Best Buy should order the screen protector not the customer. I complained to Best Buy's corporate office, the CEO and the Chief Customer Officer: no acknowledgement, no reply, NOTHING. That is not the way to treat a customer.
