Unfortunately, after they picked it up, I never received my refund. Since then, no one at my local Best Buy store or through customer support has taken ownership of resolving the issue. I keep getting passed from one person to another with no solution. At this point, my plan is to post a one star review for as many New Jersey Best Buy stores as I can and share my experience on social media until my refund is processed. Once this issue is resolved and I receive the customer service I expected, I will gladly update or remove my reviews to reflect that experience.
