  If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst Apple Store you can come in for repair. Would not recommend. Stay away from here. Disappointment of staff. I came here for a back screen repair for my iPhone 16 pro max on Friday 07/03 at 7pm. I tought it would be a good idea since I came to with my children for them to enjoy the water park. Worst mistake. They first told me it would be ready by 8:45-9. I came at 9 to pick it up. The male staff at the time just told me it wasn’t ready to give them 20 more minutes because they were “ a little backed up with repairs “. I came back at 9:30 (30m after ). Once I asked the staff another male staff. He told me he was going to go check on it and never came back out. After 10minutes I asked a female staff and she said she would go check. Disappointedly never came back out. After another 10 minutes. The manager or whom ever was in charge didn’t know what to say other then your phone is being finish at this time. Needless to say she keep on giving this answer not only to me but to other 3 customers for the next 40-50 minutes. After I told them if they knew they were not going to be able to finish the repair they could had said so because they had cost me $2,500 on places where i needed to be. They just said sorry and to keep waiting. At the end a repair that was supposed to be from 7-8:30-9 at mad. Ended up being until 10:20 pm. Never had this issue at any Apple Store but this one. Normally a repair is one hour. Not 3 and a half. Please stay away from this place. Worst service ever !!!!! All 5 staff were horrible. Sadly I only know of one name Valeriia and that’s because of a feedback questionnaire I received via email from this horrible place

  Ariel was magnificent today! He immediately helped us at the hour of our appointment. My son is gradually taking on his technical responsibility as a new adult and Ariel understood this process. He was polite, efficient, professional and very kind. What a great team member! In comparison to my last visit. I give Ariel a 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. My son woke up to a dead phone and he was stressing all day. It ruined his entire daily routine with the gym and all. The only appointment was just now at 4:45pm. We walked in and walking out before 5:30pm. We owe it to Ariel!!!

  Very disappointing experience at the Apple Store. I came to the store knowing exactly what I wanted to buy and ended up spending nearly $2,000. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely frustrating. The employee assigned to me kept leaving to help other customers, even though other staff members were available and willing to assist me. Several times I was left waiting while she went back and forth between different customers. I told her twice that I was in a hurry, but my concerns were completely ignored. After being left waiting yet again, I finally asked for my phone so I could leave. Only then was I transferred to another employee, who was professional, efficient, and took care of everything quickly. I left the store feeling upset and disappointed. I even ended up crying in the parking lot because of how frustrating and disrespectful the experience felt. This is not the level of customer service I expected from Apple, especially after making such a significant purchase. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and ensures that customers receive the attention and respect they deserve.

  I Had a great experience trading in my iPhone 14 for the iPhone 17 at Apple American Dream. Shoutout to Leah who did my transaction and Kayla who handled my data transfer. Kayla was patient, thorough, and made sure all my data moved over correctly. Customer service like that deserves a raise. Highly recommend this location if you need to trade in or upgrade.
