I got to pick up my 18 pro max a day early! Juan was very helpful and I only stayed about 10 minutes in line!

The employees were very disrespectful and made unnecessary comments about customers. I came to the store simply to purchase a phone, and I don’t understand why the way I choose to pay should be any concern of theirs. Regardless of the payment method, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism. The rude behavior and inappropriate comments made the entire experience very uncomfortable and disappointing.

Terrible, dropped off my phone at 5:20 pm for a battery replacement, came back at 8pm told me to sit around and wait, after getting impatient someone went to get it and got it back at 9pm with a completely wiped phone, no cell no data nothing. apparently a piece on my logic board failed and they dont know why and then tried to slip me the bill of 500+ when the phone was dropped off perfectly fine and working. Ultimately did correct it by only charging me the cost of the battery but i will not be returning to this apple at all. terrible.
