Good people there but they are short staffed, only one person on register. Employees asking for help cause u got one person doing everything. And there return policy on phones is crazy 45$ stocking fee if i have to return it opened thats legal robery if u ask me

Verizon couldn't help me, but Best Buy diagnosed my phone, eliminated the virus that had infected it, listed the various options with related prices, and had me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Technician (Henry Nyame) was superb.
One of the employees asked if I wanted to sign up for a "free rewards card that was not a credit card" and proceeded to ask to see my license and to enter my social security number. When I asked why would he need my SSN and if it's a credit card, he claimed it was not. It gave me an icky feeling like I was being scammed. I'm 100% sure that's illegal to lie to get people to sign up for a credit card. Please beware of this store!

🤬🛑Extremely disappointing experience at this Best Buy in New Jersey. I drove from Brooklyn, wasting time (3+ hours on Sunday), gas, and tolls, only to not get what I ordered.
The screen I purchased was listed as “excellent condition” with all original parts, but in-store it was labeled “good” and missing key items, including a $100+ power cable, screws, and other accessories.
Staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. They claimed the screen was tested but couldn’t explain how without a power cable or show that it actually worked. No discount, no solution, no accountability.
❌Total waste of time — avoid this store.❌
