    My computers audio didn't work so I sent it in for what I was told would be a week long repair, two and a half weeks later I get it back and I am just there told that they just didn't even touch it because I never bought a warranty (that I was never told about.) My audio is STILL broken because again they did absolutely nothing. The staff was nice but that's utterly useless because my computer's still broken. I am now told that I can give it to them again so they can fix it WITH the warranty, but I was also told that they would repair my computer the first time which for some odd reason didn't happen.

    Mostly a good experience, but not everything. I found it a bit complicated to navigate the website to schedule an appointment, but very easy to actually schedule an appointment for exactly when I wanted, and quickly. However, I had been advised by Cherry Hill Geek Squad that the best time would be first thing in the morning (and that that I would need to leave my computer for 1-2 days) and, as I discovered, this was not so. Once there, I was told that the best time was after 3:00pm. My appointment was for 10:20am on a Tuesday and, when I dropped my computer off, I was told that it would not even be looked at until the next day and that I would be called upon completion. I explained my TWO issues at length to the tech who checked me in and he made a pick-up appointment for Friday afternoon, which would be the soonest day that it would be ready. He also related that, if the problem could not be fixed in-house, the computer would be sent to Kentucky and I would not get it back for about 3 weeks. I did monitor my repair online and, in fact, the repair was initiated on the original day (Tuesday) at 1:36pm. Then, I received both a text and a phone call ~12:00pm on Wednesday that the repair was complete and an appointment for pick-up was made for 1:00pm. It turned out that the cause of the problem was fairly simple and it was very easy to fix. However, when I picked up the computer, the second of my two issues was never address and, upon discussion with the tech, I discovered that the tech who checked me in never noted the second issue - although we had discussed it at length. It is now up to my tech-savvy friend to try to deal with this second issue - despite the facts that I have paid for Geek Squad annual protection and that I brought my computer to the store.

    GeekSquad wanted me to ship my laptop to Kentucky to assume the worst case scenario to charge me as much as possible. Nothing against the employee that helped me, but a $700 motherboard replacement is overkill for a suspected charger port issue that had a $16 replacement part cost. Similarly, the issue was misdiagnosed in the first place, which went uncaught.

    I was told if I buy the laptop,, all info from my desktop can be transferred right away. I came into best buy and bought the laptop and then told I have to wait 2 days and it will take a few days to transfer info. I was lied to buy sunshine on the phone. I'm furious to take my time and make me come back again and I'll be making 3 trips there now
