  This is ridiculous I have an iPhone 17 they give me an option. We will give you a iPhone 14 till we fix it for you. I told them I have a 17 you should guys give me 17 Pro Max to try and My will buy it if you guys are smart even Apple Store they said no we give only 14 Apple stores and the employers are not smart at all. They don’t know how to do business I don’t know how they’ve been in business that long. I have AppleCare I have a limit warranty. I have insurance and they couldn’t help me so funny. I was hope Apple company go down as much as down already

  I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. Upon arrival, I checked in and was instructed to wait for assistance. Unfortunately, I waited for over two hours without being approached by a single representative. During that time, several employees walked past me, but no one acknowledged me or offered any assistance. It wasn’t until I personally stopped a representative and asked for help that I received any attention. This raises the question of what the purpose of the check-in process is if customers are left waiting indefinitely without any communication or follow-up. I understand that businesses can get busy, but waiting over two hours without any updates or assistance is unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience going forward.

  Awful customer service and poor management. I went to get a new case for my AirPods. The Rep sold me the wrong case for $100. When I went the next day to have the problem fixed they refused a refund and were unable to switch it to the correct pair. The manager implied I stole the AirPods because I didn’t know the serial number or recipt from years ago. I was so offended. Even after explaining that the rep didn’t confirm on his end before selling me the wrong product. I was constantly and rudely dismissed. Had to call Apple and complain to get my issue resolved. And they informed me of the errors taken by the in store team. Very disappointed as a loyal Apple customer. Hope they improve.
