I went to buy an iphone but ended up disappointed. They say I definitely need the line owner to be present at the store to purchase. Whatever so rude staff especially a middle aged man.

After running a full diagnostic guess what it showed the battery degraded and needed replacing. I knew that. Then after trying to sell me a new phone, which I declined, I was informed they couldn’t replace the battery unless I leave it for a day. What the hell is an appointment for if they can’t honor it. What a waste of time again. Apple has clearly changed their customer service from years ago. No apology from anyone, I left, they didn’t care at all.
