  It's sad that you go to the store looking for a better experience than you would have online, and you get a worse one. They set up my apple care wrong at the point of purchase on my $4,000 laptop, and im the one who now has to suffer the consequences. You are far better off using the website to buy your products and setting things up the way you know you want them, so you have the coverage you know you want, and can be serviced when you need something, because these people do not care. You are getting bot responses from what are essentially bots working in this store. Youa re the only person who cares about you and what you need. So do it yourself online and save yourself the headache. I went in for apple care,, they told me it expired, it was quite obvious that i intended on having this coverage from square one, to anyone reviewing my history, and the fact that i still have coverage on a 2019 laptop, let alone my 2023. I get a "sorry, we cant do anything" Then god bless the customer service agent on the PHONE LINE who actually did hear me out and try to help me. This is the state of apple in 2026. Sad thing is they have me anyway bc the products are still good and i love the ecosystem. The apple store experience has just gone way downhill. This store is basically an apple ad in the middle of the mall and nothing more. Get what you need and get out asap, or shop online and pick your own settings, because these people either do not know what they're doing, o rstraight up do not care to explain anything to you correctly when making a MAJOR purchase. Shame on these people. And shame on me as a consumer for thinking that i would be better off speaking to humans in a store than the online bot, because i was wrong about that. Sad and disappointed in this store and the state of apple customer service in 2026. This used to be a great experience and i came away now spreading the word to people that they should think twice before buying into this ecosystem. I wish i didn't.

  I have never written a bad review before. I spent 30 minutes on the phone confirming with TWO Apple Bridgewater employees that I could come in today. They told me that if I got there within an hour, they would take me and help fix my computer. I drove an HOUR to get there, only to be turned away and told that no one could see me. NEVER go to or support this location. This was absolutely ridiculous.

  My elderly mother went here because her device was stuck in SOS mode. All that was needed was a device restart. Instead she got the run around and they tried to sell her a new device. Shameful.

  I love Apple products but one day I went with my AirPods so if I could get them fixed, cause I have a warranty and they had me there for three hours just to tell me that they couldn’t do anything and they just made me lose my time and the manager of the store wasn’t kind at all worst experience ever.
