  On the door it say's open at 12:00PM. When I went there nobody was there. People were waiting outside.

  Inconveniently, they maintain a different promotion than the one offered by Cricket’s company, forcing you to pay more for the device.

  Couldn’t ask for a better service I was on the road a delivery truck driver my phone broke while using gps , honestly it was about time I upgraded my phone anyways but the fact that I was in a rush and still on the clock (madhley) , (excuse me if I misspelled her name) but extremely helpful , very sweet women , she was able to help me and someone over the phone at the same time!

  As an ex-cricket customer, I'm very disappointed with how unprofessional the employees have been at this specific location. They're very rude and refuse to assist their customers while they're on their phones conversating instead of working. I have encountered & witnessed first hand how they work. When I had a question they completely disregard it or they point to their Bluetooth as if I interrupted whatever conversation they were having instead of assisting me. It was very unprofessional. I will no longer be referring people to do business with them and I'm happy to be doing business elsewhere that appreciates me as a customer. I definitely don't recommend doing business with this company unless you like being mistreated. Good luck!
