- FFFoxchaseSep 26, 20261.0Called ahead to let them know I was running a few minutes behind due to closed road bc of the weather. They didn't answer the phone. Let it go to voicemail. I took the chance and as I'm sitting in the parking lot, the rude receptionist calls and tells me I'm now "11 minutes late and she doesn't know if the doctor will see me now". No problem. I would have no issue as it was my fault I was running behind. But to ignore the phone call and then even after being told I'm standing in the parking lot and cancelling anyways is messed up. I understand you wanna rush to close early... I wish I could leave my job before it closed too but alas I cannot. Never wasting my time with this place again
- MPmelissa prosperiAug 29, 20265.0What a terrific experience we had with our Greyhound today. He was so excited to leave us and go with Katy his vet tech. They are pleasant personable and so just overall nice. His vet was super cool chill and so knowledgeable. Thanks for everything everyone. Glad to find a place to call for CatJak care :).
