Worst Apple Store experience I’ve ever had. Don’t come to this location!!!
I don’t understand the point of making an appointment if you’re not seen until 35 minutes later. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by honoring my AppleCare coverage, even though that’s exactly what I pay for. They kept emphasizing that I only had to pay $29 instead of the full repair cost, as if it were a special courtesy.
To make matters worse, I was told it would take 3.5 hours just to replace the back of my phone. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, the wait was excessive, and the entire experience was frustrating.

Your experience going to greatly vary depending on who you get to help you. I always buy unlocked phones and never had the problem (even though sometimes service can be slow)
Today though I came to buy an unlocked phone as a present and specify that I don’t need to transfer sim. The person I got to help me, made me download the apple store app, scan qr code and share all kind of information with apple just in order to pay for the phone. Which is ridiculous and absolutely unnecessary, but I guess that’s what happens when the employee shows no interest in actually helping you.
When the phone was brought out I got no verbal (or any) confirmation that it was the phone I asked for, I had to confirm myself and as soon as I paid the employee said “have a nice day” and turned around.
Afterwards I had to spend a lot of time trying to figure out what I had to turn off, because I choose not to share my data with apple. And as soon as I left the store I started getting messages from my mobile carrier about switching the sim card…

3 people to receive and allocate people to wait 30 more minutes while 1 person “working”. Unbelievable nobody is capable of realizing the way you work is completely wrong. Worst apple in the country.

Mike was very helpful in purchasing my new Mac Neo. There was no one available to help me so he stepped away from what he was doing to help me complete my order and answer any questions I had about transferring info to my new computer. I would recommend this store.

I had a very disappointing experience picking up my online order for an iPhone 17 Pro Max (512GB, Cosmic Orange).
When I arrived, I explained to the manager that I did not want to transfer my existing phone number or change carriers. I simply wanted a new Verizon line. The manager immediately understood the issue and assigned a newer employee, Moha***, to help cancel and recreate the order.
Unfortunately, the employee appeared unfamiliar with the process. Before fully understanding the situation, he scanned my pickup QR code, which completed the pickup and triggered a chain of problems. The order then had to be canceled, creating concerns that my existing phone number could be affected and causing Apple Card to incorrectly withdraw $41.97 in cashback from my account. After leaving the store, I spent another 40 minutes with Apple Card support fixing an issue that never should have happened.
What frustrated me most was not the mistake itself, but how it was handled. For nearly 2 hours, almost every question I asked required consultations with multiple coworkers and eventually the manager. It often felt like no one was fully confident in the process. At several points, I was waiting while employees tried to figure out issues involving carrier activation, account information, and unexpected fees that appeared during the transaction.
I want to be clear that my frustration is not directed at the employee personally. Everyone has to learn. My concern is with management. If an employee is still learning a complex process involving carrier activations, cancellations, credit checks, and customer accounts, they should be properly supervised. Customers should not spend over an hour acting as part of the training process while multiple employees try to determine the correct procedure.
I expect a much higher level of organization and expertise from an Apple Store. This experience was stressful, time-consuming, and far below the standard of service I expected.
