The phone is getting **insanely warm/hot to the touch, even when I’m not using it**. On top of that, the replacement screen isn’t consistently registering my finger swipes, which has resulted in me getting locked out of my phone. I’ve left multiple detailed messages explaining exactly what’s happening and provided my phone number so I can be reached, but I’ve heard **nothing back**. The lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating and honestly really disappointing. The phone was working perfectly fine before the repair. It had a few spider cracks in the screen, but there were no issues with overheating or the touchscreen not responding. I’m really hoping someone gets back to me soon so we can figure out what’s going on and triage the problem. I’d really like the opportunity to get this resolved, but the radio silence from customer service has been a huge disappointment.
