  I have spent thousands with Best Buy over the years and I was refused to have my $20 merchandise returned within 21 days because they have a 14 day return policy. Safe to say I’ll be shopping Amazon or other retailers that have a more customer friendly policy. To put this situation into prospective, I am a working professional who has not had a day off until now to attempt my return. Sad to see this happen to a store like Best Buy but hey, keep the $20.

  Went in to purchase a new computer, believing my old one was fried, and to buy a membership which included the Geek Squad. Big shout out to Spencer who helped me choose a computer and was so patient and professional answering all of my questions and walking me through the process. Turns out I didn't need a new computer after all, thanks to Ed in the Geek Squad who was able to look at my "old" computer and after several machinations, remedied the issue. Big thanks to Spencer and Ed!!

  AVOID THIS BUSINESS ENTIRELY! bestbuy.com refuses to honor their own price match guarantee policy. Support on X is no help. Geek squad is a scam and will literally refuse to help/support products purchased under their program. Do not even waste your time attempting to work with Best Buy.

  Horrible. I purchased a Apple Watch and did curbside pickup. I went got the watch, went to the mall and the went back home hoping to enjoy opening my new Apple Watch 11. So I got home and when I open there was no watch I had only the charger. I went back to the store and complained with the supervisor he did not help me at all. In fact he said that he looked at the cameras no one stole but he said to me oh, I says here that you activated in your car. Which I was like that’s impossible. So I told him ok so give me a new or my money back he said no I can’t you have to create a case number or how do I know if you didn’t still. So I said ok I’m going to the police. So I did! The Nashua police helped me a lot. The same day I went and got the watch.

  My family and I have been buying things from Best Buy for a long time even after the advent of Amazon. I recently purchased a computer mount for $35. Well, I understand that their return policy states 15 days (which is ridiculous in and of itself.) but I had left on a business trip and tried to install it when I came back. That’s when I realized the mount would not work for what I wanted. On 4/17, which was only 17 days later I went to go return it at which point I was told we can’t return this even with a penalty or restocking fee. This was absolute ridiculous to me while I understand I would not get full price, there was nothing wrong with the mount. I don’t want it at my house so I ended up leaving it there for free which was probably a dumb idea, but it was out of sheer frustration. Best Buy has lost me and my family has a customer over a $35 return. I will be using Amazon from now on because their return policy and frankly their customer service is much better.
