- SLSabrina LiSep 6, 20261.0Very bad experience at the Apple Store in Nashua, NH. One female employee was rude and impatient with us as soon as we entered the store. We asked about Mac and if they can do in-store pickup, but she simply told us that we could not pick it up at the store and did not seem willing to provide any further help or explanation. Later, we checked Apple’s website and saw that the Mac we wanted could in fact be delivered to the store for pickup. This made the experience even more frustrating. It honestly felt like she did not want to assist us.
