  My wife and I recently visited this Apple Store for help setting up our phones, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When we arrived, we asked if we could work with the same salesperson who had previously helped us with our purchase. We were told he wasn’t there that day, but just a minute later, he came out from the back, which was confusing and felt dismissive. We were then assisted by a female employee who came across as belittling. She mentioned she didn’t have enough time to help us complete a phone transfer since the store was closing in 45 minutes. While we understand time constraints, the way this was communicated felt condescending and unprofessional. I also asked about a teacher discount for AppleCare, as we had been told about it during a prior visit. Instead of clarifying, the employee responded in a tone that made it seem like we didn’t know what we were talking about. When I asked to speak with someone else, presumably a manager, he initially told us the discount didn’t exist. A few minutes later, he returned and apologized, acknowledging that he wasn’t up to date on the information. The teacher discount indeed was active. I do want to note that AB was great—he stepped in and helped us complete the phone setup and provided the kind of support we were originally hoping for. Overall, the experience lacked consistency, communication, and basic customer respect. I hope the team can improve how they interact with customers, especially when addressing questions or concerns.

  I had my iPhone SE 2020 battery replaced in April 2026. I had a great experience! Friendly staff, fast service. No issues with my new battery. While I was waiting, I had a few questions about the new iPhone 17, and the specialist answered all my questions with no uncomfortable pressure or icky sales tactics. The Apple Store reminded me how good of an experience retail can still be!

  Expect 3+ hour service times when they tell you 1 hour. Came back two days in a row and still no repair. Refused to use anything from the day before other than that I looked at trading in, which is probably why they said it would take 3+ hours to do a simple fix.

  Left this store feeling better than I walked in and my phone didn't even get fixed yet. Personality is everything. Donna and Liz were personable, professional, and practical. I booked an apt for 8pm at night with delusional expectations. Waiting to hear a call back but I had to say thanks for the laughs it was much needed. I break my phone all the time and the Apple care is def worth it.
