    I recently had a great experience replacing the battery in my Iphone 13 Mini. I was able to get a same day appointment. During repair, the screen was damaged, so I was given a new replacement at no cost. When finishing the repair, there were IT Issues that caused a delay. Associates did a good job keeping me in the loop, and Eventually I was compensated for the delay. Overall great experience, Things were made right when issues arrose that were out of there control.

    Drove 45 minutes, they took one glance at my phone and said it was unfixable. I couldn’t accept that because I’d be losing 20k photos/videos of my kids that unfortunately I hadn’t backed up. Guys at the local mall kiosk fixed it in 40 minutes, just needed a new screen. If you don’t have Apple care they will not help you, they’ll just try to sell you a new phone.

    My second bad experience with Apple. I brought my beats into the store for support. They sent them out for repair and I received them back in the same condition. The audio quality and still terrible. Almost two hours through support via chat and phone support until it was decided to replace them. They wanted to charge me a fee and then release the hold after they received the defective unit back. I have owned Apple products of various kinds since 2001. I’m very displeased with the support and will be looking to other companies for products- headphones and phones moving forward.
