  I had dropped my phone and the screen was cracked. I went to the South Willow Street store to see what it would cost for a repair or replacement. I spoke to Brittany and she was great. Friendly and knowledgeable she explained my options. Very professional and easy to talk to. I ended up replacing my old phone and Brittany took care of everything. I highly recommend this location.

  Needed to switch back to iPhone because of Apple Airpods which are FDA approved hearing aids and was trying to order an iPhone online from Metro PCS which was cancelled, then their system was down after I walked there so went here to this store and he had the phone advertised in stock and I was out the door in 20 minutes with it activated. Not much else I can say. It’s a cell phone store and they sold me the phone I needed…

  I rated Cricket Wireless with five stars because I’ve been with them for a year and I love the service and I love the plans that they offer because the plans are not to much money. And I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends
