- MSMark Santostoday5.0What a difference a store makes. My ipad is very old and beyond updating so about 5 or 6 weeks ago I went to a different location and received bottom of the barrel service. But today, in the Mall of NH Apple store it was a top tier experience. I was quickly welcomed and put in the queue. Sara greeted me ahead of schedule, listened to me, asked the right questions, and quickly provided everything I needed to make an informed decision. She then set me up with Matt who walked me through the transfer process from the old ipad to the new one in an efficient and friendly manner. I'll absolutely be back!
