- JHJames Howaniec5 days ago1.0If you need to repair a device there is no guarantee that it can be done same day, even with an “appointment”. We have been here 3 times and every time they say it cannot be done same day and that I can pick it up in the morning. We asked if there is anyway we can have a guaranteed time this time but they said no and confirmed it is possible we could be in the same position if we book an “appointment” for another day. I am not sure what the point of an appointment is if they cannot take in devices. It would be nice if they could at least call saying this so I don’t waste an hour of my day each time I try to get it repaired.….their “solution” is I could do an express replacement for $100, even though the battery replacement is free under AppleCare. Also, they said they would not be able to provide a loaner phone if we dropped it off overnight…..thanks Apple!

- AAAguaceritoJul 31, 20263.0Always a good place for shopping. It has a kids' playground in the middle of the food court. I think this mall needs a refreshment. It seems very old and needs to be updated. But the stores there are good.

I was in the market for a new watch and we discussed my wants/needs and we agreed that the SE3 (what I initially came in for) was perfect for me. We discussed all the different things to customize my watch for me and it felt good to have somebody care about what you wanted/needed without trying to upsell you up the butt. When there was a mistake with the purchase she immediately keyword immediately jumped on it to fix it and told me how it would look on my bank statement just so I didn’t have a jump scare. Thank you for your help Taylor!!! :)
