- DTDom TerrellMay 10, 20261.0The store manager took my phone said he was not fixing it kicked me out of the store and refused to give it back. He also spit on me and called me curse words. Kevin stated he can do whatever he wants, I guess he thinks he owns the Apple Store because he stated you can call corporate I can do what I want in my store. The police came and had to force this man to give me back my iPhone. I don’t know what possessed this man to take someone phone that he has never met and refuse to give it back but I called Apple support and they told me to go back in the store and have this man help me when he returned the phone he damaged the screen and so now I have a defected phone that has a cracked screen. Not one employee intervened or seemed to be surprised that the store manager behaviored like this. They acted like this was a normal occurrence at the Apple Store. I have filed a police report and I will countinue to escalate till I am put in contact with his district manager and my phone is fixed.

They didn't inform me that the upgraded charger could only be bought online. And every guy seemed to just want to get rid of me because I dared question why I couldn't use my money towards their in store purchase. Disgraceful and embarrassing customer service.
