So I took my chihuahua here in 2021 piper here in 2001. I left a review then and I'm writing another as I got a collection letter for 213.00 which was sent to my credit on today's date. I paid them over 1200 on the day she was taken in. My sweet piper passed that day. I went back up to see her one last time and they never said anything about the 213 and I never have received a bill or phone call in regard to this. I just called and asked question regarding the collection and they sent me the itemized bill and it shows euthanasia which I never approved. Never take your animals here. I waiting on a call from then billing dept as the nice lady who took my call tonight couldn't tell me much about it.

I took my dog there cus he past away we weren’t ever told to remove my dogs color or blanket if we wanted it. I got a call from cremation place they had recieved my babies body and I told her what about his collar? And we never till this day got it or my babies blanket. They must have thrown it all away? Tbh idk? They never should up at Eco with my dog. Which is upsetting. He wa taken there Nov.6 2024 and till this day no collar. This place is pure evil can’t respect the dead.

I am an 18 year old vet assistant and decided to take the radiology Safety Course at VCA. The instructor was extremely sweet and gave out a lot of great information. They also provide you with a folder holding all of the materials needed to follow along with the class, which is great to use later on if you need a refresher.
My favorite part was that they provided some AMAZING food, we were served Panera bagels for breakfast and Mcalister's Deli boxes for lunch. The class size was small, only about ten people, and I would definitely recommend bringing a notebook to record extra notes as there wasn't a whole lot of room for that on the papers provided in your folder. You get your certificate at the end of the session and there are some opportunities to get nice prizes if you display the knowledge you learn. Overall, it is WELL worth the $125 check and I enjoyed every minute of it!

If you are reading this review it is because you have found yourself in a situation much like us- you think your dog may have really hurt themselves and you need to be seen immediately. I cannot recommend VCA enough. Our poor boy couldn’t walk and we ended up here late at night. Intake went quickly, the staff worked fast to help elevate my dogs pain and got me in a room with more information than I could process. While the ending of our story is not what we would have wished for I will say I am grateful we ended up here. We were treated with respect, gentleness and kindness. From the front desk workers, The on call vet tec (talk blonde man), Austin , and Dr Donaldson - they were all incredibly caring and supportive. I was given time and space to say good bye and felt like I was able to grieve without judgment. I am so grateful the staff took so much time and care to help us through such a painful transition. Thank you VCA for caring for my good boy.

Excellent staff and doctors. They are very thorough and kind. We had an emergency referral from out vet to them. They were able to exchange records and discuss between docs so they were all up to date with our dogs issues. While this was an extremely high emotion situation for us, there staff were so helpful with guidance and gave us so much support. They went above and beyond.
