  The Trek store employees and service department are top notch. I consistently have great experiences and while there are other great shops in town, Trek is able to turn things around FAST. My bike is not a Trek and for those in the same boat- don’t sleep on their services. I recently walked in and had two items knocked out in 30 minutes at a great price. The tech asked if I wanted to watch which was insightful and much appreciated. Finally, I accidentally left my old crank arm in the store and received a text shortly after telling me they had it for me to pick up whenever I was able. You guys rock!

  I had a fantastic experience at Trek Bicycle Omaha. I brought in my Aventon Level 2 e-bike for service, and the whole experience was excellent. The team did great work, but what really stood out was how helpful and educational they were, they gave me solid advice on maintenance, what to watch for, and a practical service schedule going forward, which I really appreciated as an owner. A special shoutout to Will ,he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and honestly just a joy to talk to. You can tell he cares about people, not just bikes. Great service, great advice, and a genuinely welcoming experience. Highly recommend this shop. I'll absolutely come back.

  Will and the team at Trek West Omaha are awesome. I came in with a bottom bracket issue and they not only diagnosed it on the spot, but walked me through a variety of options. Will was super upfront, polite, and communicative the whole time. To top it off, they completed the work the same day—doesn’t get much better than that.   It was a friendly and informative experience. I’m a new rider just looking to enjoy riding with my son. My first experience was with a low-cost big box store with the word Mart in their name and the bike wasn’t assembled correctly and the rear tire came loose and warped while riding. I was referred by a friend and ended up here. The cost was a little more than I was hoping, but I left feeling assured about my purchase and quality…

  I had a great experience bringing my twenty-year-old Cannondale road bike to the Trek store for service and maintenance. I hadn’t used the bike for many years and wasn’t sure what needed to be done to get it up and running. It wasn’t shifting and the tires were cracked and flat. The staff did a great job of letting me know what was needed. They completed the work over the weekend, and I had my bike back and ready to ride on Monday.
