    Had an appointment with Geek Squad today. I went into the West Omaha store, albeit 3 minutes late to my appointment, the gentleman with the colorful hair at the counter was still assisting the person ahead of me, no big deal. I get to the counter about 10 minutes passed my appointment time and tell the technician my name. The first thing he says to me is "you're late" in an annoyed tone, as if I had done something to personally wrong or offend him. I then explain that I have some general questions and that I want to check my computer for viruses per my partner's urging as I do not really know anything about computers. He seemed annoyed to be dealing with someone who didn't know anything about computers, and instead of meeting me where I was at, threw a bunch of prices around. It felt like he was trying to throw numbers at me and confuse me, after I already said I was confused, just so that he didn't have to deal with me. At no point did he ask me why I thought I needed a scan or what general questions I might have, he just huff and puffed about prices. I then said okay fine I will pay the one time fee for you to scan it and fix it, he responds by telling me they will need my computer for 2-3 days. When he's telling me 2-3 days his facial expression combined with him rolling his eyes at me communicated that he was throwing another roadblock in the way so he didn't have to deal with me. I responded saying oh I didn't know it would take that long I will have to reschedule this then. He then proceeded to tell me (unprompted and as I am leaving) that there are 17 other devices ahead of me and that it will of course take 3 days. Very strange reaction to me calmly saying I will reschedule because I need my computer, I had even packed my bag up at this point. I guess I hope this guy's day gets better and might suggest that he seek employment elsewhere because customer service and talking to people without an attitude does not seem to be his strong suit. As for me, I will be seeking assistance elsewhere - probably from people who don't seem angry that they are asked to do their jobs, and I suggest you do the same.

    Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Wish they better managed their appointments and check-in process, but they deliver and get results.
