I went into this store May 31st to Upgrade 1 phone on my 4 phone plan account. Great Customer Service, The Clerk knows his phones, knows them so well that he knows that when you're getting a new phone all you want is to have the clerk hurry up so you get it started to set up to your personal needs. He told me that the insurance was included...OK...if it was a mistake, but when my daughter decided to upgrade her phone as well that same day, AGAIN, he said "The insurance is included...Not once nor twice was I asked IF I wanted insurance, but was told it was basically included with the phone...So I go and try to pay my phone bill juste now and there is $14 extra on the bill. I call Customer Service and they said I put insurance on both phones...Very very sneaky...In fact, I do plan to stop back in this store and ask him why he decided to tell me the insurance was included instead of asking me if I wanted to include it...Commission perhaps? Whatever is your hustle to get sales do it without the inconvenience to the Customer...I upgraded 2 Android phones I didn't want insurance for them, an IPhone maybe but the key word is "ASK"...
