  Never! Go through Best Buy on 76th and dodge in omaha for a PC purchase I got their warranty on my computer and it started having issues. I’ve been waiting 5 weeks since April 13th for it to be fixed and there has been ZERO communication on what’s actually going on I finally had to go into the store to get an answer. The answer I’m being given is that the part is on “backorder” and I have to wait till the 21st, 14 days after the repair may or may not have even started for HP to approve an Exchange or junk out of my old PC and I can go ahead and purchase a new PC from Best Buy right now and sell the one they exchange out. Absolutely terrible customer service and talking to anyone online you have to jump through hoops to get to an actual “agent” who tells you the exact same thing you can see online and nothing else.

  Spend a fair amount of spending at this store , service is below average and today was where I reached a limit , one sales guy with a Florissant yellow jacket really gave bad service and refused to help as he was to call a sales person, however after waiting and seeing him standing and doing nothing , I ended up buy the wrong iPad cover which means I have to return to the store ….. shocking experience

  They're out of some things, such as the one-terabyte hard drive I wanted. I was ready to pay $250 for a dascam and $200 to have it installed, even if I have to drive eight miles away to get it done, but they couldn't set up an appointment for me. Best Buy couldn't figure out how to take my money. Each time I said "no" to another special offer or donation opportunity, I was getting conditioned to say "no" to the whole purchase, which I eventually did.

  Fun relaxing at the top of building being able to look at other buildings around. People come and go. Nice weather, skilled bartender and it part of of the hotel which at the bottom is the guided feather. Very pleased with how it looks in side, a swinging chair and lots of room to sit..

  Nice clean, spacious store, employees do not follow or ask if you need help every 5 min which is nice .. I commented on the t.vs and a girl employee just conversated didn't push about purchacing ,, over all wish they had my car speaker subwoofer hook up packages
