    I think I read somewhere where they are trying to expand the knowledge of their associates wearing blue uniforms. My experience this time as I needed a SD card for a camera on short notice was very positive. I'm horrible at remembering names but the lady that helped me did say your name and she was very friendly. And showed me where the thumb drives were and the SD cards were nowhere nearby they were over by the cameras but I'm sure this is not her decision to put them there just to store thing. This didn't affect my customer service however if I didn't get help I don't know as if I would have found the SD cards it got frustrated and left so this is something that may be management should look into locating these storage devices somewhat closer but yet just within this their respective departments

    Place is terrible, shop at Target, Walmart, Amazon, Costco, etc. This place has no customer service, make mistakes, and will probably be out of business within a few years if not sooner

    Very friendly and helpful!! Colton is such a fantastic person. He helped solve our issues with our PC and got us all taken care of. Highly recommend Colton, he’s a fantastic person!!

    Ty and Cole were awesome helping select the best products for a college student, very knowledgeable and friendly! Cole even demoed apps he uses as a college student as well, so a good way to see how he used it day to day. Thanks guys!

    If I could leave a ZERO star review I would. Our current fridge is not keeping temp, so we hop over to Best Buy to get a new one. I take the earliest delivery date which is today between 8:30-12:30. At 8:35 I receive a call that someone called in sick and they won't be able to deliver today. No problem, I work from home and would be free tomorrow. Nope, 11 days from today is the EARLIEST they have on the schedule. HELL NO. The is not a me problem, this is a Best Buy problem. Figure out how to solve it! I understand things happen, but to wait another 11 days is unacceptable. If you truly value customer service you would jump thru hoops to take care of your customers that YOU didn't have staff in a position to resolve this situation. And Kyle's best response is "we can deliver it in 11 days". Um, NO, that's not gonna work for me KYLE! I'll just cancel and take my business somewhere else if that's the case. So, let's wait and see. I gave them until tomorrow to figure it out and get it delivered to me. I will update this post IF they resolve this in a satisfactory manner. If this post is NOT updated, then you already know what happened. They did nothing and tried to push my delivery 11 days, I cancelled the order and took my business elsewhere! Update 4/21/26- Best Buy messed up BIG TIME. I called back at noon to see if any changes were made for an earlier delivery. They were sticking to their guns that the next available deliver was the 27th, 11 days later. I cancelled the order. Went to Nebraska Furniture Mart at 5:30pm on Thursday evening. Found a fridge we liked, got a good price and better no interest financing option than Best Buy. Also, they gave me FREE express delivery and FREE haul away. Here's the kicker, delivery was available the next morning. You heard that right, THE NEXT FREAKING MORNING! Best Buy...you're dead to me.
