  Terrible you come in with something that you paid $1300 for a break because of something with the device and then they got you waiting for weeks for a new one while you watch other people walk in and walk out with the same device I will never buy another Apple product never will. I recommend Apple is overpriced and the customer service is trash. Waste your money if you want to and be treated like you spent nothing.

  It’s very unfortunate to see a well known Apple Store with so bad of a customer service. We were there for just password reset and they secluded for 45 minutes then extended for another 15 minutes and then another 25 minutes. We eventually left the store because there where over 20 employees walking around without anyone try to help. They only help if you buying something but for any other service they will make you wait for hours. This place needs people who knows what they doing and actually care about customers request. We had an infant and a toddler with us all that time of waiting for nothing. They all ignored us until we left the store. I got dizzy because of all those employees walking around that their number well exceeded the number of customers… it’s now time to switch to Samsung or whatever else available…

  I had a terrible experience with an employee named Pedro at the Apple Village Pointe location yesterday. Pedro wasted 35 minutes of our time aggressively trying to upsell us on a screen protector, a case, and AppleCare. We clearly told him three separate times that we just wanted to purchase the phone and could activate AppleCare on our own at home. Despite our refusal, he kept pushing, even going so far as to claim he didn’t receive commission on accessories—a detail we never asked about—and sharing inappropriate personal stories about how he and his wife broke their phone screens. While I understand staff are encouraged to suggest accessories, employees must respect a customer's clear "no" instead of pushing unwanted products or oversharing personal details. Because Pedro spent over half an hour lecturing us instead of processing our order, the phone we originally came to buy and that was initially in stock was sold to another customer while we waited. His refusal to listen resulted in an entirely wasted trip and a very frustrating customer experience.

  my experience here was not good at all the employee helping me was rude, extremely unhelpful, dismissive, and only seemed to care about selling me on apple care. he was visibly upset and annoyed when i said no to apple care and even more annoyed when i asked for help setting up me new phone. terrible customer service and overpriced products

  Busy place, so I definitely recommend setting up an appointment if you are getting IT help. But, they were fast and addressed my technical issues completely. All of the employees seemed very nice and outgoing. Highly recommend. Just wish they would open up an Apple store on the other side of town here in Papillion/Sarpy County.
