- TDTracie DunavinApr 15, 20251.0My mother pays for Geek Squad and went to Best Buy to buy a new phone and wanted Geek Squad to do something as simple as having her data/contacts transferred over from her old phone. They refused. What is the point of paying for a service? Useless.
- ABAna BFeb 25, 20241.0I was told at an appointment that replacement laptop screens were no longer made by the manufacturer so Geek Squad could not do anything. This person did not reach out to the manufacturer or look anything up, just said that replacement parts aren’t made for any computer over 4 years old. I just received a replacement screen in the mail FROM THE MANUFACTURER. This place is lazy and will lie to you, either to sell a new product or get out of doing any real work.
