  Was looking for a new cell phone and wireless company because my phone service had went out of business. Decided to go back to "cricket wireless" haven't been a member for nearly twenty years now. Customer service was not the best at all. They had given me a 5 G free phone that was damage on the inside of the camera. Wasn't friendly into helping me at all. They gave me only a 1-800 number to call. Very disappointed in the service they gave me. I really got scammed. Make sure you all check your phones before buying them and make sure it comes directly out the box and get your receipts. God bless

  Called this store several times to see if they had the phone I was l was looking for. When I called it kept going to a voicemail box that wasn't set up. So I made the 20min drive and they had it on display but don't carry it anymore. Very disappointed.
