  Awful customer service. The hours posted are not followed. We bought a phone case on Thurs from the store, the lady working kept the box, the case was broken by Friday at no fault of ours. The back of the case was popping off which is not supposed to happen. We went on Saturday to see if they would exchange it. The lady working working Saturday evening said we had to come back Sunday when the manager was working. Went back sunday to see the manager, He didnt want to exchange the case because he said he was going to be charged for sending it back. The case was $25 for a regular thin clear phone case. They have awful customer service and management and sell trash products.
