  Today I went to Best Buy to see if I can price match a game I pre ordered since I never done a price match before at Best Buy and Ms. Zoie helped today to fulfill the price match she was very professional and knew what she thought was best on how to handle it and I think she deserves a lot of praise and a pay raise for that in my opinion, I will make sure in the future to come through this Best Buy specifically if I ever want to buy something in general!

  On 4/18/26 My husband, I and sister decided to buy a relative a computer she will need for college. We ask the person helping us if we could split the purchase before we were ready to check out. We were assured this would not be a problem. After we both signed for the computer he said " Oh I did it wrong. I have to void this and recharge you . He called someone over to help him . We were assured several times the first to charge would be off our cards within minutes. Well this morning 3 weeks later after we disputed the first charge it was resolved in our favor. For 3 weeks we did not have the use of that money. This is not very professional

  I have never written a review before and I want to put that out there because it proves how much of a problem this is. I was on vacation in Winston-Salem and had a question about my AirPods, so I went to a clerk and asked them my question. I told them I had Apple AirPod gen 4s’ with water damage and I needed to get them repaired or replaced. They told me that I could turn them in after doing some paperwork and they could go into the store and get me more AirPods and this would be free because of my plan. I did not live there so when I got home, I went to the Best Buy in my area and did the same thing they told me I could do. wasted an hour of my time to do paperwork and turn in my AirPods just for them to tell me it’s 30 bucks and I had to ship it out. This is probably one of the worst customer services I’ve ever had and has enraged me more than most things usually do. I do not recommend this place to anyone for their complete ignorance or lack of care for their customers.

  I was told when i bought a phone with protection plan i can bring it in to be repaired with only my phone number i made an appointment waiting all week to show up and be told the repair is no longer done at best buy. Why not inform me before waisting my time.

  Ordered online for pick up, arrived a hour and 10 minutes after I ordered it. Employee explained the system was automated, I explained I would wait. After waiting I asked an employee (3 actually) to see if they could scan my item and bring it to the pickup area. Perhaps I am wrong here, but I feel somebody had a notification on their device that has pending pickups. After sitting down for 25 minutes, I decided to proceed to purchase the same exact computer I ordered for pickup, and then proceeded to cancel my pickup order. I don’t see why anybody would do pickup (within a hour) like the website says. The whole point of pickup in convenience and this was a hassle and waste of time. Got my computer but it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth about Best Buy, next time I will just order online from Amazon.
