    I’m not one to do this but other consumers needs to be aware. I would give zero stars if I could! Avoid this place at all costs. They are a bunch of crooks who would not replace a broken TV OUT OF THE BOX!! Called us a bunch of liars and said it was our fault when it wasn’t. Manager Brad Davis is a special kind of jerk. Be warned and Stay FAR FAR away from this location!!

    Super nice guys to work with. They are knowledgeable and understandable. Same with the guys on the floor. They do not carry laptop batteries was the only problem I ran into.

    I came in late needing a new laptop for work and Eli and Lillian went above and beyond their job duties to make that happen. Eli knew so much about all of the laptops and the differences between them. So knowledgable. And Lillian was so kind. What a great group of people working there! Everyone was helpful from the minute I walked in and they stayed 30 min late making sure I got what I needed. Great experience.

    I went asking about the smart watch selections. Pretty disappointed with their lack of knowledge for what wanted to use the phone for. I ended researching at home, bought one online. I know they are young people and their skills set is not geared for me. I left disappointed.

    I ordered a computer and was going to have it updated to windows 11pro before I picked up. I tried to contact them for nearly 2hrs, the only response I could get was AI which was an absolute nightmare. I finally got through to a human in their answering service. The only thing she could do was make a geek squad appointment for us to go pickup computer and carry across store to geek squad to start the download. I finally gave up and canceled order
