  Went to this store to add 2 lines and the girl put my old number to the new phone and was suppose to put the new number to my old phone but she put the new number to no phone and told me to call cricket after a week and they would credit me and to cancel the line. This is the manager she told me the 2 phone cases were free with the screen protectors. And we asked about other cases and she said they were 50. And we would have to pay for them as they are not free. She did don't give me a receipt. I called cricket and they do not credit and they told me she charged me for the case ,they advised me to go back to the store and request my receipt and get my money back for the case as I was told it was free.. went to the store and the young kid didn't know anything and he called the boss at my request . The boss Bryan then said he would handle it and call me after 3pm the next day ! No call at all. If I was going to pay 50. For a cheap case I would of got the other case because it was like an ottobox and my fiance is a welder and it would of been a better option for him but she insisted the case was free. So dishonest to charge someone when you said it was free.. I would recommend checking your receipts when your at this store. Cricket let me know if this was not handled to contact them so I will be doing just that.. so sad I been with cricket for almost 15yrs and never had this problem before.

  Glad to have cricket back in my area it’s nice and clean friendly people I started 3 lines and all phones was free haven’t had and problems with my phones or y bill changing it’s always the same every month t mobile was increasing my bill every month with fees I haven’t heard of if you want good service and low bill for a family plan cricket is where you need to go autopay is how I pay my bill I don’t get charged double or more they make sure to alert you before charging card for bill

  Thank you shanita for having patience and great customer service skills I was in and out in less than 15mins she gave me everything i needed and explained everything really well even to the phones to pick from must places don’t give you the time and patience and understanding to know what you are getting with the price I left us cellular switch to cricket couldn’t be more happier and satisfied with my decision

  No help by the young boy I broke my phone I told him I was with spectrum I want to bring my number to cricket I than told him when I broke my phone I couldn’t pay my bill so it was off he said ok all I need was my account number and a pin I told him I can’t get that my phone broke he told me just come back he was no good with help long story short he did not know what he was speaking this young man had me get information that I did not need all bc my number was off I told him that by my phone being off I could not bring my number over if I was told the right infor i could of just gotten a new number with a free phone with them the customer service was awful i knew he was kinda young by him blasting music like he in a party at work I had to scream for him to hear me this store need to get someone who knows the job

  My customer service experience was horrible I don’t know when cricket has allowed a child to work in their stores worst thing ever the young boy did not know what he was talking about he lied to me told me I could not move my number from my razar phone back to my old phone yes my other phone is unlock he told me since I got my phone razar under a promotion I can’t move my number back to my old phone i immediately ask for the manager bc I knew that was a lie he called the manager she was very sweet and she apologized for the situation she had to literally tell this child what to do over the phone he still didn’t know what he was doing he had to call her back so she could walk him thru the entire process like I said my phone was unlock and a promotion crap he was talking was nothing but him being clueless he need to find another job telling customers wrong information I got my number switched back to my other phone thanks to the manager
