  Had a horrible experience here it’s pretty ridiculous to have one person working in there so I stand and wait 45 mins and never get acknowledged or asked what I was there for

  I've said before.. STUPID POLICY. YOU Will not let the paying customer do anything by phone BUT TAKE MONEY FOR THE BILL.... but they can come into the store and watch the sales rep call and do what you were trying to do from home...SO REDUNDANT.

  This is probably the best wireless store I’ve ever been in. Brittany was the employee who helped us and she was so friendly and was not pushy at all like most stores. She made the experience at this store great and this will always be my preferred cricket store. If every customer is treated the way we were, they will do great here.
