  I think I'm getting away while I can. Everything seemed fine when I arrived for Harleys appointment and the vet was very nice, very informative and took her time to help. Now here lies the problem is their infrastructure. Her assistant really needs to know what the names of meds are. Now asking me is fine for the ones I need refills on but his seizure meds, I haven't a clue even how to say the generic name. So I told her this radical idea, go in the room where she is, tell her to do one job at a time and ask her the name of the medication instead of making me sit for 20 minutes in an exam room. It did give me time to snoop, and I pulled the treat jar out of the cabinet and I dropped what looked like a cheeseball on the floor and man Harley went to town, and he's picky, I gave him 4. When the assistant finally came back in the room she still didn't have the info and I asked her what the name of these treats were and she said she have a bag up front for me and left me in that room for another 10 minutes. I said eff this and me and Harley went to the front desk and I said look i had to be somewhere and I didn't think it works take an hour and a half but I gotta go so get the name of those meds and get me the price now please. I saw the bag of dog food and I asked is that the treats? She said yes we give them to dogs as treats. I said didn't the assistant know that? Never got an answer for that but i found it on Amazon but I have to get a script from the doc to get it 10 bucks cheaper. The receptionist had to go in the back 3 times cause I told her the price wasn't enough for the meds I needed. Since that Thursday I've had to call twice to change the meds from vetsource cause vca ordered simpatico not bravecto. Then i purchased 12 pills and they(no $hit) put 1 on order with 11 refills. When I called vetsource, I asked is there any reason I can't order all 12 at one time? They're like no, we actually thought this was a joke! So I called via and said I don't want to have to call to correct you guys anymore, fix this amount, i already paid in full. I thought I wanted a reason why they tried to do refills but I eff like don't make em try and come up with another lie just curvy it and move on. You guys, I'm really trying to give you the benefit but if i guys keep correcting your guy's screw ups, I accept all 10-99's as a subcontractor and make all checks payable to Hensley's Heating and Air. I figure if I guys do what your guys are supposed to do, I should get paid for it. And I'm not being a smart a$ either. I'm being dead a$ serious.

  I brought my rescue dog here for his first vet appointment since I adopted him and we had a great experience. I was very nervous as I wasn’t sure how he’d do at the vet. They have a curbside check in where you can park and call to let them know you’re there so that you don’t have to sit in the waiting room. I was there for one of the first appointments of the day and didn’t have to wait at all. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. They brought my dog to the back (away from me) to do his exam, vaccines and blood draw, which was actually a relief because being present for that is stressful. I saw Dr. Cantergiani and he was very thorough in answering all of my questions and giving me a thorough overview of the exam and any possible concerns he had about my new pup. They explain all the services and estimated charges before they perform them. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

  I have been taking my cats and dogs to this vet for about 15 years. I have adored every vet I worked with here, but Dr. Ghiloni is truly a star! I have moved, but would rather drive the 30 mins to see him than change vets. He truly cares about my animals, and listens to my concerns and ideas. I never feel like this vet office is pushing me to spend money. Pam is also amazing and I enjoy seeing her smiling face every time I come in the front door. I can't recommend this place enough!

  These people are awesome.! The front desk The nurse The doc All great people, all understand and all made me feel comfortable about being there. They were forth coming about costs and gave options.. these prepped are there for the love! Glad I found them , glad I drove past 5 other places to choose them!
