  Jennifer was amazing! She was incredibly patient, informative, and helpful. Buying a new phone can be a little overwhelming for me, but she helped walk me through the process with a lot of grace. Huge thank you to her! And to cricket for never raising their monthly prices. That's the way to keep your customers. Phones are reasonably priced, although prices there favor new customers. Would be nice to offer loyal customers that same discounted price on phones.
