  Went into this location (which I regret), purchased a moto 5g phone, was indecisive about getting, but was told I can bring it back if I don't like it. Tried it out and decided that it wasn't for me, so went back to this location to return the phone within 24 hours, and was told by one of the employees that I can't return it. I reminded her that the receipt said that I could return it(and there was not even one scratch on the phone by the way). I went to my car and re-read my receipt very thoughly, and saw that I was correct 💯. Then went back and talked to the manager, as I showed him the receipt and the phone that everything was still intact perfectly. I was even wanting to return the accessories and I didn't even care if I'd lost out on that or the transfering fee or whatever...(Oh, and as far as the accessories I was told they were included with the phone, which I found out later that was false and that I was OVERCHARGED for the phone, and that they were trying to make up for that by leading me to think I was getting a deal, but that's another review in the making...)The manager still said I couldn't return it no matter what the receipt said, as I attempted to show him. I was like, What???!!!?? I was still very polite,calm,and respectful the whole entire time, didn't raise my voice not even once. But the way I was talked down on by this so called manager was very unprofessional. I asked him so it was a final sale? He never answered after asking him several times. I called the 611 number and talked to several people, and they ALL said not only was he wrong, but HE VERY WRONG!!!
