Great experience today with David Baugh at the Crabtree location. David was knowledgeable, patient and "went the extra mile"!
Over the years, I have found the support personnel at the Crabtree store are more eager to help than the employees at the Cary (my neighborhood) and other locations! Today, David again confirmed my belief!
Went in looking for a tripod and had the absolute pleasure of having Todd help me. It showed as being in-stock online but wasn’t in the section it would usually be in. So many times I’ve encountered employees who chalk situations like that up to the system being wrong, but he checked the back twice and walked around half the store until he found it for me. Now that’s how you keep a customer coming back, thanks Todd!

I signed up for the warranty coverage, geek squad, etc. after two months my laptop already has issues. I scheduled a geek squad appt and when I showed up they said it was cancelled and they had no explanation why. And they were behind anyway because they had one person working. They didn’t seem to care or want to help.
This is one of the worst Best Buy’s I’ve ever been to. Theres practically nothing that they carry. Huge store with nothing in it. The sales reps all have a major attitude and don’t want to help. You have to ask them to do their job. Beyond lazy. Overall terrible experience
I called in to see if they have a specific laptop in stock, I’m not sure what the guy was trying to do, but he kept trying to sell me different models. After telling me the model I was looking for is discontinued, which is false as I’ve looked it up on google. Plus, I can hardly understand him from his accent. I don’t mind walking into the store to see what they have there, but it was a really horrible experience on the phone.
