A woman I was sitting next to didn’t have one and at that point was waiting 40 minutes. They took me on time, could not have been any nicer, and helped me with my issue.

They are racist, too; they kept giving me the runaround in the store to avoid helping me. I feel like they didn't want to help because I'm Latina, and I feel terrible about it.
