  Came in looking for a specific item. Asked a worker if they had it, he was EXTREMELY disrespectful. Has zero clue how to speak to a customer. Couldn’t get his name, didn’t have a name thing, not a surprise.

  The price of open box items for some reason is more expensive than MSRP. I was flabbergasted walking around looking at prices of electronics. You might be able to score a deal on appliances but that's about it. If you're looking to save money you're in the wrong store.

  This was the second location I went to looking for car speakers. I was prepared to spend at least $2000. After going up to another coworker multiple times, she said he was busy. There were at least a dozen people back there waiting for service. That was the last straw with Best Buy. I will be canceling my membership and getting appropriate refund.

  It only gets 2 stars because of Esmeralda, who was the only person in there that seemed to care about her customers. An embarrassing lack of customer service and this isn't the first time. Employees carrying on conversations and actively avoiding customers who are trying to spend money at their place of business. This was our last visit to a place where we have spent thousands of dollars over the years. Pathetic

  I am extremely disappointed with this Best Buy location. My boyfriend and I visited the store to resolve an issue with a canceled delivery for a sound bar that we never received. The order was marked as canceled by the delivery company, yet neither we nor Best Buy had the product. When we went in to request a refund for several hundred dollars, one of the managers was unwilling to assist and was extremely disrespectful during the interaction. Most of the staff we encountered were not helpful. The only positive experience we had was with Joe, a manager from another Best Buy location, who was professional and tried to assist us. We even called Best Buy customer service and they said they had a claim submitted and a refund has been requested. But while on the phone they said a claim wasn’t made nor a refund was requested. So we were not told the truth multiple times. We have been dealing with this for almost a month. We have no answers. We keep getting run around from multiple people. We do not have our sound bar, we do not have our refund and no one is giving us a definitive answer. We even been to the store a few times to get this issue resolved and we still again have no answers that are helpful to fast track this process since we’ve been dealing with this for almost a month. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. I’m very disappointed in the employees, Best Buy communication including customer service. I would never have anything delivered from Best Buy. I would never return to this location or recommend it to others and if I could leave less than 1 star I would.
