  This morning I experienced great customer service from Andrew in the Car audio installation department. This week I noticed my remote start was not working again for the second time since I had it installed in December 2025. So I called BestBuy and got a customer service representative that scheduled me for an appointment at the Concord mills location at 4 pm for Friday 5/8/26. So on the day of the appointment I received a voicemail saying that there would be a warranty fee of 129 dollars and they would not be able to keep my appointment because the technician gets off work at 5pm. The technician said he needs to take more than an hour to diagnose my issue.Because I was at work, I couldn't talk to the technician. I spoke to a different representative and said I would be there at 4 pm for my appointment. When I got there another technician said that my technician was gone because he was sick. This technician helped me by setting an appointment at the Mooresville Best buy. This is where Andrew changed my perception when I showed up. He assured me that there would be any fees. He checked my issue and had it resolved in about 15 minutes or less. This is how customer service should be!!!.

  This is the worst customer service. People are in south africa that answer and dont know anything and they can send you to the store.

  I took my mom there with her computer to have some issues addressed by the Geek Squad. They were helpful and hot her back up and running. I have it for stars due to the location being older. Other than that, it's Best Buy!

  Drake assisted my husband and myself tonight at the Mooresville store with TV’s and Mesh Router Systems. He answered all our questions and demonstrated the smart tv systems. We did purchase the EERO Mesh system and will be going back to talk to him about the TV. Excellent customer service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I walked into Best Buy in Mooresville today to buy a new camera and I ended up purchasing a Sony a7iii and an SD card to go with it. The Sony A7iii is a mirrorless camera that uses the modern E-mount, specifically supporting Full-Frame E-mount (FE) lenses (which are interchangeable), excellent ISO performance, EVF, dual SD card slots, etc.; great camera! It was also a top-notch customer service experience at this store. My mom was with me today. As soon as we walked through the entrance, we were greeted by helpful customer service staff who were waiting to assist. Zach temporarily placed the camera on hold until we were ready to make the purchase this afternoon. Very good experience shopping at this store!
