  Whole cricket service is garbage, they've had me but prepaid card after prepaid card and phone still not active unless I buy ANOTHER card for 50. Take them to the store and they want me to pay cash after purchasing the cards I was told to buy SMH

  I really don't like cricket wireless like that me and my kids on the same plan on the phone stay down where you stay up and it ain't no point of playing insurance on the phone when they make you pay the full price for insurance and the price for the phone and if there's time to play the phone bill every month the system always down you got to wait till about the afternoon just to pay it or go to the office and then we go to the office they charge you a fee for paying it inside the office and then you can be on the phone and your whole phone shut down and you have to turn it back at home and then I phone stay freezing up when you can't do nothing to it but I really had to raise the phone and it messed up in 2 days and they want me to pay the full price for the phone and I had insurance on all are phone
