- LILeidy IvethJan 11, 20251.0Yerlin is a bad character salesman and without any experience , I do not understand why to this point he continues to work in the store, a month ago I bought 2 Iphones and Yerlin made a disaster, He created an E-mail without my authorization, he mispelled my name, put my wrong address, he did not give me the account information and he charges me a speaker instead of the phones cases, what is that? Didn't even let me pick out my own cases, he picked the exact same one for both phones. He does not look people at the face. He responds in a rude way and he is a liar. Never explains what he sells you, only charges what he wants, he even added a protection plan on both my phones without asking me. I am still waiting for the call from the store owner who never called me, I spoke with 2 manager and did not want to refund the money that YERLIN stole
