  Just spoke to the Apple Store Birkdale Village store (in Huntersville NC) ~ Spoke w a lovely and helpful woman named Clyla who is a terrific rep for the store~ I’m quite “non-techie”, but she patiently and kindly guided me thru my process of purchasing an iPhone SE…Her thoughtfulness was wonderful and she is an asset to your store~ Thank you, again, Clyla!!

  I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at the Apple Store today. Despite having a scheduled appointment window of 12:15–12:30 PM, I faced a 45-minute wait because far too many customers were booked for the same time slot. To make matters worse, the post-purchase process was completely haphazard. The associate did not verify my ID, offered zero assistance with setting up the phone, and failed to provide a receipt matching my order number to the serial number of the phone retrieved from inventory—something I consider standard practice. Additionally, the staff's appearance fell short of professional standards; the faded round-neck t-shirts made the team look unkempt rather than casual. Collared shirts with the Apple logo would present a much cleaner, snappier look. Between the excessive wait time, the lack of proper documentation, and the overall unprofessional presentation, the visit was a miserable experience.

  Miserable experience picking up an iPhone 18 pro on release day. Employees entirely useless and condescending. They stated that because we don’t use iCloud and we signed up for a trade in online that we were pretty much screwed and needed to do the in store transfer between devices. We tried that and this was unsuccessful. They wouldn’t allow us to leave with both devices because it was online order with a trade in but online they told me I had 14 days to return the old iPhone. So they threatened to call the police but the people that stole were the store employees. And I was more than happy to leave and not get the credit for the old phone. Criminals work at this store.

  I had a great experience with Jessie at the Apple Store in Huntersville, North Carolina. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my MacBook Pro in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush me and made sure all of my questions were answered. Jessie was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Great customer service and a very positive experience overall. Thank you, Jessie!

  I’m making this review on behalf of my husband who has no working phone after returning to this Apple Store so many times and he has a very demanding job and worked around his schedule to accommodate going to this store to get his phone fixed. We also have a 3 month old baby at home. They broke his phone. All he’s been experiencing from this place is 100% stress, pure inconvenience and putting his life and our family’s life in danger in case of emergency because he has no working phone. The people who works has no care including the manager Jay. My husband was patient. He’s been working all day and came to this store with appointments a few times now and the other scheduled appointments was a waste of time and the purpose of making the appointment was useless. There should be some legal action that needs to be done against this store for how they handle situations leaving my husband and other customers with no working phone and sending them home just because their store is closing after causing the inconvenience (breaking his phone). So if my husband came home and got into an accident I would not know anything and he won’t be able to access the emergency line because his phone is completely not working and useless. SHAME ON YOU APPLE BIRKDALE, YOU HEARTLESS USELESS PEOPLE WHO WASTE AND NO RESPECT ON YOUR CUSTOMER’S TIME AND LIFE. I HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND GO BANKRUPT.
