I was very unsatisfied with the service I received at Apple. I was a walk-in who made a reservation and was told the appointment would take approximately an hour. However, after returning at the scheduled time, I was told there would be an additional wait. When I returned again later, I was advised that I would have to wait even longer.
What made the experience more frustrating was that the store did not appear to be busy, and there were very few customers present. I asked to speak with a manager in hopes of getting some clarity. Unfortunately, the manager’s tone came across as condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional.
More concerning, I felt that his attitude and the way I was treated had racial undertones. I left the interaction feeling unseen, unheard, and disrespected. The overall experience gave me the impression that this location caters more favorably to a particular race or demographic, which was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable.
I expect better from Apple. Regardless of who a customer is, everyone should be treated with the same level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that management addresses how customers are being treated at this location.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I went in for an Express Replacement of headphones on 7/28 after being told that I could just go to the store and pick up new pair. Got to the store and had to wait even though I had an appointment. Replacement headphones was supposed to be ready 8/4. I have called numerous times for update only to be told today, that it may be closer to 8/20!!!! For a replacement of Beats headphones that I paid a Applecare+ plan with Express Replacement for. The store representative said it would be 8/4 so now its going to be end of month before they have it. This is absurd and the worst customer service. Even when you walk into the store, you can barely get any help esp when multiple employees are walking around. I know going forward not to purchase any Applecare plans as they simply take your money and don’t provide the services that you paid for.

I visited the Apple Store at Birkdale in Huntersville to have the screen on my phone replaced after it was damaged in a fall. When I arrived, I was told the wait to have my phone checked would be about two hours. Since I expected the repair could be completed that day, I decided to stay nearby and wait for the text message letting me know it was my turn.
After waiting two and a half hours without receiving any update, I returned to the store to ask about my status. The staff seemed surprised that I hadn’t been called yet, and they helped me fairly quickly at that point. Unfortunately, after finally looking at my phone, I was told there wasn’t enough time left in the day to complete the repair.
That was the most disappointing part of the experience. I don’t mind waiting when expectations are clear, but waiting over two hours only to be told the repair couldn’t be done felt like a poor use of my time. It seemed there was a disconnect between the information I was given initially and what the actual process involved.
The employees I interacted with were courteous, but I think the store’s process could be improved. A simple conversation at check-in about my situation and the likelihood of completing the repair that day would have allowed me to make an informed decision instead of waiting for hours unnecessarily.
I expect better communication and better time management from a company known for its customer experience. I hope this feedback helps improve the process for future customers.

The worst experience I have ever had, waited an hour just to buy an iPad, while all the workers were “occupied” when they were just talking and walking around with each other.
Finally, a pink hair worker from another table called us over while already helping a customer, asked us if we knew what we wanted and bought the iPad within 5 minutes and left.
What a joke that store was. Waited an hour to get something that takes less than 5 minutes to do.

I don’t give this a one star because of the gentleman that helped me out. I came in for a drop off service reserved by another location to get my phone replaced and I waited at the table 25 min before I was assisted, unfortunately I had to get another device of mine to reset settings so left and had to come back and still had to wait when I cam back. The location seems extremely understaff causing employees to work with 3-4 customers at once and causing frustration in clients like myself.
Staff your stores and value your employees cause I am sure this is an ongoing issue.
