  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Customer Service at Best Buy Greensboro!** I recently had an experience that could have easily turned into a complete disaster—but thanks to the incredible team at the Best Buy Greensboro location, it ended on a very positive note. After being misinformed by a store representative in Winston-Salem about the availability of a very specific computer charger, I made a 35-mile drive to Greensboro. Despite my concerns, the rep assured me that there was no need to call ahead because six were supposedly in stock. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there were none available. Naturally, I was frustrated and asked to speak with a manager to explain the situation and the inconvenience. That’s when Marcus stepped in—and completely turned the experience around. Marcus showed genuine empathy, took the time to listen, and most importantly, took action. Instead of making excuses, he went above and beyond to locate the charger I needed and ensure I didn’t leave empty-handed. His professionalism, respect, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Because of Marcus and the way he handled the situation, I’m giving the Greensboro Best Buy a well-deserved 5 stars. This location proves that while mistakes can happen, great leadership and customer care make all the difference. They don’t make excuses—they make it happen! 👏

  Why did I even THINK to buy a laptop from Best Buy??? Dumb move. BE WARNED: Return policy is 15 days unless you have some kind of special membership. I could have gotten the same laptop from Amazon and could have returned it within 30 days. Best Buy will never - EVER - EVAH get another dime from me. I hope they go out of business.

  I was in there over 30 mins waiting for help and nobody came but the workers where talking amongst there self I will not go back!!! Y’all need to get y’all act together BAD!!

  Bestbuy has been my go to spot for buying electronics. In and out less than 5 minutes for pickup order. Ive never had any issues buying stuff from here. Staff has been always pleasant and helpful.

  Worst experience ever. Bought a laptop new in box, got home and found there was no power adapter and laptop was an older model of a different brand. Learned you cannot call store and talk with anyone. Drive back. Employees were shocked and very kind. Manager, however, was a total jerk with full on eyes rolling, debating. He demanded one of his staff to “just go find one and give it to her”. At that point with him acting angry at me, I insisted on a refund. He walked away without handling the situation and his staff thought he was handling it. Later they chased him down and got me the refund after at least 20 minutes waiting. No apology, no acknowledgment that they need to get to bottom of how that happened. Will never shop there again due to total lack of trust of their business practices and poor management.
