Made an appointment to pick up a new iPad. Was greeted upon arrival and handed off to a tech guy in about five minutes. Austin was the tech.
Austin was great - on top of it, helpful, excellent people skills, and could instantly translate the indecipherable error message that popped up, looking like it had been written by aliens.
Got everything set up and transferred smoothly, and to my shock and amazement when I got home the thing just worked - seamlessly - with my wifi, password protected apps and devices - everything - jumping over to the new device like they were long-time friends.
Tech can be finicky. Having knowledgeable support makes all the difference, and Austin is a first-rate professional.

Worst customer service ever. They told me "go to a thrid party" for my problem that could easily be resolved by apple for the ipad I payed for and am supposed to get service on. Never buying from Apple again. It's a Joke of a company .

I visited the store to unlock my phone, but the lady Lura was not helpful. She had told me that she couldn't assist me because the charger wasn't working. She plugged my phone into the computer to unlock it for a maximum of one minute and then told me that there was nothing she could do. I asked her again, "Is there anything you can do to help?" She replied that fixing the charger would cost $600. I didn't trust her because she didn't seem to be doing her job properly, so I decided to go to AT&T to confirm that there was nothing wrong with my charger.
When I returned to the store, I spoke to the manager, Calvin. He was able to unlock my phone without any problems. First of all, there was nothing wrong with my charger. I had the worst experience with this place. The lady Lura never smiled and had a really bad attitude. It seemed like she didn't like her job and could go to a ditterent one.

This place has the worse customer service. lora did not in fact help us she told us that our phone wasn't working when it was clearly was. She didn't have a nice attitude and it most definitely seems like she did not want to assist us. She proceeded to kick us out after we waited about 20 minutes give or take. Thankfully one of the manager kelvin assisted us and helped us reset the phone since it was locked.

This place is really going bad, honestly the customer service is ok but when I got to Genius Bar I’ve been waiting for more than a hour than I realized that the people that were their before I got their left so I’m waiting to get called but then new people came in & they got called so at this point I got irritated asked one of the people how much longer I’d wait & they got someone to help me but if I would’ve have stayed seated I’d be their longer & the people behind Genius Bar would look at me & ignore me & walk pass me like nothing…. So at this point I just don’t want any business with Apple sadly their employees lack great customer service & don’t even ask you nothing unless they want too…
