Thankfully this amazing sales woman named Lisa took a brief moment of her time while she was already helping another purchaser. Thank you Lisa!! What I didn’t appreciate was the look she got from a manager or lead checkin guy that scolded her for helping me at the same she was helping another customer. I almost didn’t make an online purchase because of his behavior, but thanks to Lisa’s great customer service I decided to go home and make the purchase. More employees should lead by Lisa’s example!

He made what I thought was going to be an extremely painful process easy. If everyone there is half as good at their job as he is you can’t go wrong by stopping by.
