Today I was scammed by someone and they picked up a curbside order from this location. I got an email from Best Buy stating my order was placed META GLASSES!! $344.70 to be exact. I immediately stated calling the store couldn’t get thru because of a AI voice on the phone! Kept giving me the run around about my order being placed and is that why I was calling never did let me speak to a rep. Meantime I’m on the phone with the bank trying to block my card. Best Buy asked me to verify my email after the purchase and I DID NOT VERIFY! It also stated that I should bring my photo ID after about 45 mins the order was picked up! Not by me that’s for sure and no one at this store asked for ID!!!! For a purchase of this amount and keep in mind I never verified my email! I finally did get a hold of a Customer service rep for Best Buy, but he did not work this actual location. I’m so disgusted right now. I have to wait about 10 days to get my money back. Businesses need to do their job and ask people for ID and have an actual HUMAN pick up the phone stop being cheap and using AI.

The people that work at this Best Buy are very nice. I would say the only downside is they have some of the most limited inventory out of all the Best Buy's in the area. They used to have more high-end stuff, but that is no longer the case. Frequently when I come here, they don't have what I'm looking for in stock and I have to go to another location.

I do want to give credit to the guy that sitting behind the desk when you first walk in the door because I walked up to him and he helped me without a doubt didn't question it I told him I did have my dog in the car though he was a really nice gentleman I think he needs a raise

I’m so disappointed. We stopped in to this Best Buy this evening to look at refrigerators. We received no greeting upon entry to the store and only were asked if we needed help after standing in the appliance section for over 15 minutes. The young female associate was clearly new/undertrained and had another young female blonde associate wearing a traffic vest accompanying her to assist her. We asked if the price on this fridge was correct because we couldn’t believe it and were wanting to purchase it immediately, along with the extended warranty, and probably an air fryer. Both associates indicated that the price was correct and the blonde one even stated, “our prices are typically the best around. And we even price match. If you find this fridge somewhere else for lower, we’ll match the price on the spot”. Believing her, we asked to check out.
As we were being rung up, the brunette female associate looked confused, and called over another team member—a young brunette man with a pony tail. He, too, seemed puzzled. They both spoke amongst themselves and after 2-3 minutes without explanation or consideration, the young man said, “we can’t sell this to you. The price tag is wrong.” We asked, “why did both associates confirm to us the price was correct after we asked. And we would like you price match. We’d like to this fridge for the price it is listed for”. He looked at the brunette female and said nothing. Then, he said to us, “oh, also, this is out of stock”. Without apologizing for confusion, the store’s very obvious mistake, or his lack of customer service or even kindness, they both walked away. He then radioed to “Brandon” to meet him on the floor. Someone came out from the back and then the three of them had a good laugh. The pony-tailed young man and the girl then removed the tag and giggled together as they walked off.
I’m in customer service and my husband and I will literally drive far out of our way to purchase these items elsewhere so that we don’t patronize this Best Buy anymore. What a disappointment and absolute shame on the leadership at this location for how they’ve run it. I managed to get a photo of the fridge we wanted to buy before they took the price tag down.
Don’t shop there, you won’t get the help you need. What you will see are a bunch of high school kids hanging around one kiosk, ignoring customers.
